Our Terms and Conditions of using this site, and our Privacy Policy.

Updated Terms and Conditions appear in italics

The Terms and Conditions of this site are pretty straight-forward. This site is presented as is, no liability can be taken for inaccurate or out-of-date information. Equally, there is no responsibility on our part to provide this service, or any part of it, and we can withdraw it at any time.

If you do spot what you believe to be an inaccuracy then please use the Contact Rad10 form to alert us. We'll try and deal with it as soon as possible, but Rad10 is not a full-time operation so please don't expect an immediate reply.

Everything here is copyrighted to Oliver Benson unless otherwise stated. Read our copyright notice if you want the full details.

Adverts on this site provide a very small income which helps to offset the cost of hosting it (it has yet to make a profit). By using this site you are accepting the advertising and any conditions that Google Adwords place on them, or tracking or any other facility they use. If you have concerns about the advertising, please contact us.

The Privacy Policy is just as simple. If you contact us, you must use a valid email address or some other way of contacting you. By contacting us, you consent to us contacting you regarding your correspondance. You also consent to us collecting your IP address with this correspondence (see below). We reserve the right to keep any correspondence on file indefinitely, however this does not guarantee we will keep it.

If you sign up to the newsletter, you consent that we can send you a monthly email, and very occasional other emails to do with administration or other matters relating to the site. To remove yourself from the list simply unsubscribe, at which point your email address will be deleted from our system.

If you use the send an article to a friend facility, you consent that we sent an email on your behalf to the person who you have instructed us to do so via the form. The email will appear to come from us on your behalf and with your email address showing. For a short period we will store your emails, including the address you sent it from, the address(es) you sent to and the subject and content of your email. This is to help reduce the chances of our server being misused by spambots. We will not use the data you supply for any other reason and delete it as soon as we have confirmed it is genuine.

We don't use your email address for any other reason. We don't cross match emails, so if you send us an email we won't automatically check to see if you are on the newsletter or subscribe you.

All stored email addresses (namely those signed-up to the newsletter) are stored on a server attached to the internet. It's the only practical way of doing it. Whilst we take your privacy seriously, we don't have the kinds of wads of cash to ensure that the server could never be hacked or details released maliciously or otherwise. You accept all this, and that we can not be held liable should something bad happen.

This site does not use any form of cookies or tracking. We do collect the search requests, but this is purely to see what people are searching for and to improve this service.

If you contact us, we do collect IP addresses. This is a number that can identify your computer and how it is connected to the internet. This information has zero interest to us unless you send malicious, libellous or any other message that could mean we would like to report you (to the police or your Internet Service Provider).
